The Asian equivalent of Jason Bourne?

Production I.G.'s second series of this season, directed by Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: SAC, Moribito). The opener is done by Oasis with creative and intriguing imagery coupled with poetic quotes. If you going to watch an anime this season, I recommend this series.

Saki Morimi, on a mission to throw a coin into the White House fountain is spotted by the police and just before they are about to arrest her, a naked Japanese man with a cellphone in one hand and a handgun in the other lures them away. For saving her she gives him her hat, scarf and coat but later realises that she left her passport and wallet in her coat pocket, and this is where the story begins.
Having his memory wiped clean, Mr. Nudity takes on the name Akira Takizawa from one of his many passports which he finds in his apartment along with a stash of weaponry - a terrorist? a spy?

The story and characters are developed in a lighthearted and charming manner. The chemistry between Akira and Saki and the mystery surrounding Akira drive the plot forward.
The visuals are crisp, character designs are simple yet expressive, the city of Washington is amazingly detailed and I assume matches the actual, its hard not to want to watch this show.
