These are the most delicious ever, not kidding. If you find better, the universe will explode because it's not possible.
Ingredients

What you need
- 750g-1kg sausage mince
- 1 large onion (I used 2 smallish)
- 3 teasp basil (or a lot more)
- salt, pepper (add to taste)
- 4 thick slices bread
- warm water
- puff pastry (get a 10 sheeter)
- egg-yolk
- 1 tab cold water
- sesame seeds
How to make these delicious rolls of unicorn jizz

Preheat oven then chop the crusts off the bread, place in warm water and let them soak for a few minutes.

Put sausage mince, chopped onion, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Drain the bread, squeeze gently to get rid of excess water then add to the bowl

Get your hands dirty and mix that motherfucker well until it's all mooshy

Separate the egg then mix the yolk with cold water to form our bastey stuff

Separate the pastry sheets, cut in half lengthwise (you figure which way!) then put the meat like so

Roll up each one individually, cut into fifths (or halves for a lunch sized one), baste with the egg yolk mixture (evenly!) then sprinkle on sesame seeds

Place on a sprayed tray, place in oven and cook until cooked (until brown - about 30-40 minutes)

Golden brown, delicious pieces of heaven incarnate

How many 1 batch make - the top left bits are pastry + jam for dessert

Serve with sauce, devour until your stomach bursts
Notes: I have tried this recipe with real mince (half beef, half pork masterchef style) and they turned out ok but not as good as this version. They tasted more real (real meat taste) and grittier (texture wise) but had a more flat taste. The sausage mince version has a better taste, texture and overall greatness.
Give them a shot, it doesn't take long at all (5 mins mixing, 10 mins setting it out, cutting etc then just 30-40 mins cooking) and let me know what you think =D
